WHERE WE NEED THE MOST HELP:
HORSE HAVEN PADDOCKS
The HNH Sanctuary currently resides on the founder and owners’ property in Bertram, Texas. Because of limited funding for the sanctuary itself, they came out of pocket to buy a home for the sanctuary to be on. This land is raw for the animals, but is plentiful! Right now we have completed phase one of the build. Phase one allowed us to acquire two loafing sheds, enough panels for small pens, and clear out the future area of the paddocks.
We need YOUR help!
Phase two will be a big call to action for HAY SPONSORS, BUILDING SPONSORS, and FENCING MATERIALS. If you would like to support not only the current residents of The HNH Sanctuary, but future animals and people we help, please consider becoming a Herd Hero, aka a monthly donor. UPDATE: Thanks to you all, we put in 3,000 of temporary fencing! The dry lots are oversized and underway for the herds. Phase two is clearing the front of the big structure to expand the space, plus setting up a small track system for the horses to go out on.
